Meeting of the Sensing groups – Portuguese Province
Moved by the theme of the 2024 General Chapter, ‘Hospitality in a changing world’, through different collaborative and participatory methodologies, more than 1020 people deeply committed to our Mission responded to the call to share their experiences, perceptions and hopes for the future.
Based on eight central themes, we discussed, together and in synodality, relevant issues in today's and tomorrow's world, such as climate change and the environmental crisis, governance, sustainability and the transmission of the Charism, the spiritual life of the Brothers, communication, people and their well-being and being part of an innovative Hospitality, capable of continuing to respond to the challenges of humanity, with humanity.
In a truly enriching experience, in which all voices were heard, we remain certain that all the testimonies and sharing of all the Brothers, collaborators, volunteers, users, families and political, health, social and religious partners will serve both the General Chapter and the next initiatives of our Province, even closer to those in need.
