Meeting of the Sensing groups – Bavarian Province

In March 2024, the degree of participation of self-representative bodies in decision-making and meetings at disability support locations was already determined through a questionnaire sent to all management staff. At disability support locations and within the Social Inclusion working group, there is a high awareness of participation and involvement, but we are aware that there are still some obstacles in everyday work on different levels. The focus regarding the participation opportunities of people with disabilities lies on communication possibilities and the review of existing structures.
